This is not an ‘auto reply’ service – there’s an actual human who answers all e-mails personally! I carefully review your requirements and reply — usually within a couple of hours on a weekday, with a no obligation quote in Australian Dollars, including a link to a currency conversion site if you are contacting me from outside Australia.

We can also supply custom manufactured products, however there’s no provision on the quote page for requesting a price for these. Please email me or telephone me if you’d like a new or unique product developed.
Taxes And Duties
Within Australia, there is a 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST) levied by the Australian Government on the cost of all goods and freight. Goods sent overseas are exempt from this charge.
However, depending on the import policies of your government, there may be additional duty or taxes payable upon entry to your country. Tropical Coolers has exported to over 40 countries, so in many cases I can guide you through any possible costs.
Many smaller sized orders are often completely exempt from extra government charges.
