Water Bottle Coolers/Holders — Product Codes 016, 017 and 018

Product Code 016: fits 500/600 ml plastic water bottles
Product Code 017: fits 750 ml plastic water bottles
Product Code 018: fits 1 litre plastic water bottles
5 mm neoprene
Bases: (inside diameter) 016 — 60 mm; 017 — 60 mm; 018 — 75 mm (-/+ 3% variability) ‘checker plate’ raw neoprene (helps the cooler grip to table tops). Fixed in place with a 2 part neoprene adhesive
Wall height: 016 — 160 mm; 017 — 185 mm; 018 — 212 mm; (-/+ 3% variability) covered both sides with jersey (see colour chart links below)
Seams: firstly glued together with 2 part neoprene adhesive, then zigzag stitching full length of the seam, then tacked top and bottom.
Can be fitted with a plastic swivel belt clip — 25 mm nylon webbing covering seam, sewn top and bottom with cross pattern running stitch
As an alternative to a belt clip, all 3 products can be fitted with a neck/shoulder strap — 25 mm nylon webbing, sewn on 2 opposite sides of the cooler with top and bottom cross pattern running stitch.

Printing Techniques Available

Minimum print run 50.
38 Neoprene colors available (see colour chart) and these can be mixed within the order, in minimum multiples of 10.
Ink colour can be mixed to closely match corporate/logo colors (see single colour screen print).
Art size maximums: 016 with belt clip 160 x 140mm, or with neck strap, two 70 x 140mm sides; 017 with belt clip 160 x 160mm, or with neck strap, two 70 x 160mm sides; 018 with belt clip 180 x 195mm, or with neck strap, two 77 x 180mm sides
Plenty of room, on all 3 products, for a ‘two sided/front and back’ print. 85 to 90 mm is the visible width of a cooler ‘face’ so no need to rotate the cooler to read a message/logo if kept to this size

Pricing is affected (slightly) by artwork area, and amount of colors printed, so please attach preliminary art to the quote page, or describe in the comments box. Art areas available are 100 x 90 mm, 190 x 45 mm, 145 x 65 mm, 190 x 55 mm, 190 x 70 mm, 100 x 140 mm, 190 x 90 mm.

Because of the large and odd shaped product blank none of the water bottle coolers are particularly suitable for dye sublimation print.
