Fits 330 ml, thinner 12 oz and some 250 ml slim style beer and pre-mix alcoholic drink bottles/cans, as well as many ‘energy drink’ 250 ml cans
Also fits many 240/250 ml baby bottles, to keep milk/formula warm
5 mm neoprene
Base: (inside diameter) 55 mm, (-/+ 3% variability) ‘checker plate’ raw neoprene (helps the cooler grip to table tops). Fixed in place with a 2 part neoprene adhesive
Product height: 110 mm, (-/+ 3% variability) covered both sides with jersey (see colour chart links below).
Seams: firstly glued together with 2 part neoprene adhesive, then zigzag stitching full length of the seam, then tacked top and bottom.

Plenty of room, for a ‘two sided/front and back’ print. 65 x 70 mm is the visible width of a cooler ‘face’ — so no need to rotate the cooler, to read a message/logo, if kept to this size.
Plastisol Transfer Print (from 2 to 6 colour print)
Minimum print run 200.

Pricing is affected (slightly) by artwork area, and amount of colors printed, so please attach preliminary art to the quote page, or describe in the comments box. Art areas available are 100 x 90 mm, 190 x 45 mm, 145 x 65 mm, 190 x 55 mm, 190 x 70 mm, 100 x 140 mm, 190 x 90 mm.
You are not limited to picking your Neoprene colour from the colour chart. The background colour (which becomes the cooler colour) is printed at the same time as your unlimited colour art, over the top of white neoprene blanks (inside colour black). Once printed, none of the white is left showing.
We are unable to mix the background colors, within an order — each would be a new print run (minimum 24).
Art size maximum 170 x 100 mm (if supplying artwork, your background colour needs to be 200 x 130 mm, which fully covers the 190 x 120 mm blanks, with some ‘bleed off’).
