Since first starting this business in 1994, there has been a steady increase in clients, wanting small print runs, custom printed to help you, your friends and relatives celebrate an engagement party, bucks or hens night, wedding, birthday, or special event. This page has been especially put together, just for you! It’s basically a stripped down version of all the information on the web site.

What’s the minimum order quantity?
For Australian made single colour screen print orders, we can supply as few as 50 coolers/products, and for printing your favourite photograph, or full colour computer graphic using our dye sublimation print process, we can print as few as 24 coolers/products. Plastisol transfer print (for 2 to 6 colour ‘layered’ type print) is used more for corporations and businesses, where they need exact logo colour matching, and has a higher minimum print run of 200.
For Chinese made orders, we can supply as few as 100 coolers/products, for all three print types.
What products can I buy?
The cooler model we’ve custom printed the most is our Australian made (& it’s Chinese made equivalents) 002 Cylinder with Base Can/Stubby/Stubbie/Bottle Coolers/Holders, that fit 375 ml beer and ‘soft drink’ cans, or 375 ml stubbie/stubby/echo beer/cider bottles.

Who does the design for me?
We can either design something for you (see artwork services) or you can supply your own design or photograph (see artwork) or we can combine our and your art, to make sure you get the print you want. Be careful not to infringe anyone else’s copyright, if sending art or photographs to us. After we’ve put your art together, we will submit an initial proof.
Give me some designs and fonts to choose from!
There are a few examples on this page, of the many hundreds of different cooler designs we’ve printed. We can use design elements from these, but even better, I’m a subscriber to the Clipart.com web site. This site has millions of good quality images on it, with a searchable database, which are available for us to use as part of your print.
To save you some time, I’ve done some searches for you, of images suitable to use on single colour screen print products, and attached direct links below. Just click on these to view and then click on the info/download button of the image you like. Email me the item number of the image, and I then download the image, to use in your design. Don’t try to download the image yourself.
If you want to find an image that doesn’t fall within the categories above, or to narrow your search, simply go to the Clipart website and use the search box on the left of the page. Type your search term/s into the keyword box and click search to view all the images available that fit your requirement. After clicking on the info/download button, you can then email me the item number of the image you like, I then download the image, to use in your design. Fonts work differently to clip art - I need the font's name (which usually start with the prefix JI). Don't try to download the image or font yourself. Be aware that for the best print result, the image needs to be high resolution (over 300 dpi is ideal).
- To use an image as part of single colour screen print we can only use EPS, or WMF files. To see if the image you like is available in these formats, click the info/download button & look under the Format heading.
- To use a photo or clip art image as part of a dye sublimation print we can use virtually any image, (including full colour photographs) in any format, from the site. Be aware that for the best print result, the image needs to be high resolution (over 300 dpi is ideal).
Fonts
There are also plenty of font types (writing styles) available for us to download and use on your print. You can search for a font alphabetically, or search by category. Visit the font section of the Clipart website, and after finding the font style you like, email me the font name (which usually start with the prefix JI). Don't try to download the font file yourself.
Who delivers them?
For Australian made products, we use Australia Post express post bags, or Toll Ipec road freight within Australia, or Australia Post’s air mail services or TNT for world wide delivery. For Chinese made products, we use EMS air freight, which is a partnership between China Post & the destination country’s postal service (so Australia Post for Australian delivery).
See the delivery page for more information »How long does it take from my order to when they’re delivered?
Not too long — for Australian made products, usually within 2 weeks, and often much quicker. For Chinese made products, usually within 3 weeks. We always try to fit time sensitive orders in, so please contact me, if you need something in a hurry. Manufacturing time depends on seasonal demand, and the amount of orders we have in the production queue.
If you need your products delivered before Christmas/New Year, or early January, we’d need your order in place by the end of November. This is because the beginning of the Australian summer is when everyone wants coolers, and we get flooded with orders.
